Payment Policy

Online & Delivery Orders
All delivery orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout using a valid card or available online payment methods.

 

Pickup Orders
We also accept pickup orders. A non-refundable deposit of $0–$40+ is required to confirm all pickup orders. Please check the exact deposit amount by contacting us.

The deposit can be sent via Interac e-Transfer to:

Customers may:

• Pay the full amount in advance, or

• Pay the remaining balance at the time of pickup

 

Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after:

• Full payment is received, or

• The upfront deposit is received for pickup orders.

 

Return & Refund Policy

All our bouquets are handcrafted and carefully quality-checked before delivery or pickup.

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges

• All payments and deposits are non-refundable
